About

I am a clinical psychologist, psychotraumatologist and psychotherapist in training with over 10 years of experience. I provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents aged 12 and above, as well as couples therapy. I work with people experiencing anxiety, trauma and PTSD, eating disorders and difficulties related to food and body image, relationship difficulties, grief, burnout, emotional distress, major life transitions and migration-related challenges. My therapeutic approach is primarily psychodynamic and trauma-informed, while also integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based techniques according to each person’s individual needs. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, I adapt the therapeutic process to the person and the difficulties they are experiencing. I see therapy as a collaborative process that offers a safe and confidential space to better understand yourself, explore recurring emotional and relational patterns, develop new ways of coping, and work through difficult or painful experiences. Having lived and worked internationally, I have extensive experience working with people from different cultural backgrounds and with those navigating life between countries, cultures and identities. Alongside my clinical practice, I am a PhD researcher in Clinical and Health Psychology at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, where my research focuses on psychological trauma, PTSD and caregiver wellbeing. I offer online sessions in Polish and English, working with clients internationally. My aim is to create a thoughtful, non-judgmental therapeutic space where you can speak openly and work at a pace that feels right for you.
